Someone who has not read my book reviewed it. Can this be fixed?

Hello Librarians,
Someone who knows me in real life has decided to leave my book one star just to ruin my ratings. My book has not been released to the public yet and this person was not an ARC reader. Is there anything I can do to get this bad rating removed? I’m very upset about this.
