Review disappeared after combining editions

Hello,
I have a Children's book book I just published: Mighty Thankful.
I got my first review on the paperback edition here:

Unfortunately after I combined kindle/paperback/hardback edition, I can't see anymore this review. neither on the paperback, nor on the combined books. Do reviews disappear after combining editions? Hope this can be fixed because every review counts.
