i actually 100% agree with this!! it is definitely true, for some jobs men are better suited (and actually vice versa too), but again, as you said, if a woman qualifies and consents, she shouldn't be excluded.

I think diversity hires are a stupid thing and whereas we shouldn’t be AGAINST hiring women/men for jobs, we shouldn’t TRY to just for diversity!
