Emmy de Reus (nyneve) | 20400 comments According to WorldCat this ISBN belongs to the book by Larry E. Matthews; see https://search.worldcat.org/nl/title/...

The webpage on the publisher's site members.caves.org linked by you does not state an ISBN, so we are unable to check/verify it.

Please provide another link or, alternatively, if you have the book, we can use a scan/photo of your copy of the cover and the page with the publication information, the book's colofon page.
You can upload a scan/photo of your own to the "more photos..." section of your profile: https://www.goodreads.com/photo/new), sectie More photos.. Make sure you state the source of the photo in the text and that your account settings are public (not private).

We don't just need a cover image, but we need to check/verify the book's details, e.g. isbn and/or asin, etc. etc.

Michael (michael-coatney) | 5 comments I can be more specific about that; are you able to see them? I'm pretty sure my account settings are public. Thanks!

Emmy de Reus (nyneve) | 20400 comments Done, but without description:

If you wish us to add the description as yet, kindly provide it in a new comment.
Considering the huge number of outstanding requests we cannot spare the time to type out the text from the back cover image as per your profile photos.

Michael (michael-coatney) | 5 comments That's awesome, thank you so much! The description is as follows:

There have been a number of caving accidents that could potentially have been avoided with better training in vertical caving techniques. In 2021 the National Speleological Society chartered the Vertical Training Commission (VTC) to develop a training program to help interested individuals obtain the appropriate and sufficient competencies, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills needed for vertical caving. Based on input from some of the most experienced cavers in the United States, Basic Vertical Techniques is a course designed to accompany the VTC Level I training.

This course is designed to help cavers who are interested in visiting vertical caves by providing information on:

The use, care, and inspection of ropes.
The appropriate use of vertical caving equipment.
The methods to rappel and ascend a rigged rope.
The techniques needed to overcome unexpected obstacles.

The VTC Level I course is designed for cavers to practice with a VTC trainer, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in vertical techniques. The course is designed to be accessible, attainable, and understandable to people of diverse cave experiences and knowledge backgrounds.
