I want to be a librarian in order to be able to share my new book, apart of being an effective person in goodreads.

That's not a reason to become a librarian and you need to formally apply, but with zero activity you will not be approved.

This doesn't really have anything to do with adding new books so I'm gonna close this thread.

If you'd like to join the librarian program you need to formally apply like Scott already suggested.

If you'd like to have your new book added to the database, please read How to request a book to be added to Goodreads and then provide all the information that we need. One of the librarians will add it. You'll then be able to apply to join the author program (if you are the author of said book ofc.)
