Nova Anna | 1 comments I am a perfectionist and I have always have had this confusion of which book to read since my interests are vast and my time is limited.

The irony is if I would have rather picked random books to read rather than surfing and browsing away that time, I would have known much more about my reading preferences by now.

However, now I am an even more confused person with even lesser time (responsibilities cause).
It feels like I want to read so many different books but just dont have enough time so I must pick but I just can't choose.

But I want to break this habit this year , once and for all.

Kindly help on how you decide on which book to read

Terri (tkreads) | 11 comments I read on kindle and I put a few books in there and I kind of just choose randomly from there. I watch TikToks for inspiration on what books to add to my kindle. If there are too many books on my KU; I add to my TBR. If the book I am reading happens to be a series I read the series; if not I moved to the next book I randomly choose on my KU.

Mo | 2 comments I 100% get what you mean about picking random books over what I have on a TBR list. Usually, I'll have about a couple books on standby - a mixture of books from by TBR and ones that I found that looked interesting or were recommended by someone else that aren't on the list.

I'll end up picking by how I'm feeling after whatever I've just read; wheater I want something easy-breezey, a palette cleanser or if I feel I need to balance myself out with some non-fiction. I try not to stress over if I picked a book from my list or not since I'm the one reading it.
