* Description: "Prometheus Unchained" is Zabel Yesayan's nonfiction sympathetic impressions of a visit in 1926 to the USSR and Soviet Armenia, including her participation in local feminist and female-led events. Yesayan permanently moved to live in Soviet Armenia in 1933, where she was later arrested and deported under Stalin's Great Purge; she died in exile under uncertain conditions, probably in 1943.
