Author Page keeps getting rejected

We have an author, Jen Heemstra, author of From Labwork to Leadership, who has applied to claim her author profile using both her academic email and the university’s website page (which lists her academic email), as well as her personal email and book website, and each time her request has been rejected. Do you know what might be going on? Is there someone we can contact to resolve the issue?
