Original Title question

Working on a cleanup thread for the book 11/22/63 by Stephen King. I noticed that on the book page, instead of the Original Title being listed as 11/22/63, it's "Eleven twenty-two sixty-three." Is this intentional because of some quirk of Goodreads (like the Original Title field not accepting slashes), or is this a mistake? Just want to check before I ask for it to be changed.

It might be for sorting reasons.

It would make sense to me if that's the reason, but is there any official confirmation on that from the librarian manual or staff?

I don't know. It didn't occur to me until after I changed it, so if someone wants to change it back I don't mind.
