Please HELP - merge books & catalog guidelines

Hello. I posted here a few days ago to have 2 copies of my book merged because both are getting reviews separately for some reason.

Now I went to check and the first book says that This item does not meet our catalog guidelines and can no longer be rated or reviewed. The first book has my author name linked. the second does not.

How do i fix this and merge them together so they can be seen and reviewed as one book and also have it listed on my author page.
