Ohhh nothing beats MAXTON HALL 😭🤭 but I think 1.Scarred by Emily McIntire has great tension (or as I remember cuz I read this a LONG time ago) 2. Red roses and black dahlias - it has a good plot but I don’t think it has the same vibe as Maxton Hall. 3. I hope this doesn’t find you by Ann Liang - I think this one is the closest to Maxton Hall bcuz they both in school or clg and they hated each other and u know the rest. 4. Nocticadia by Keri Lake (not same vibe but still a good plot and slow burn) 5. Devil in Winter by Lisa Kelypas (this one is also enemies to lovers I think it’s good - they both use each other for their own purposes) 6. Five gifts for the blacksmiths wife (this one is monster romance) 7. Ladybirds by R. Raeta (this one is really good)

not a Maxton Hall kinda vibe butttt I just read Spells For Lost Things and it was so cute! It’s a YA romance with a few witchy elements 💕
