Author Program Request Pending for Weeks – Assistance Needed

I submitted my Author Program request on August 6 and followed up via email on August 13, but I have not received a response yet.
Could someone please check on the status of my request, and let me know if you need any additional information from me?

As mentioned in my post, I did contact support with a follow-up email, but I didn’t receive any response.

Since I don’t know what else to do, I thought you might perhaps give me some advice.

My advice would be to contact support again.

There is literally nothing librarians can do. We are not involved with the process, nor do we have any insight as to the status of your request.
