Looking for reverse harem / stalker title!

I need help finding a book that I have previously read in the last 1-3 years. It is a reverse harem that the FMC I believe left for college to escape her stalker ex boyfriend. I believe she is a dancer and the college she went to is near a beach. She meets her love interests at the local gym (I think maybe they owned it) where she would go to work out and dance when she couldn’t sleep. The boyfriend found out where she was and started sending her letters there.

Also, the neighbor at her apartment becomes her good friend but turns out he was working with her ex/stalker in the end.

I also remember that the neighbor who became her really good friend worked security for his dad’s company. He was a fan of her and and her ex stalker when they did dance videos and had a big crush on the guy.
