This is, and I swear I'm not making this up, the favourite set of Dave Barry essays bound in a book that I've ever read because--wait for it--I laughed in the majority of them. It can't be five stars because there is certain humour involving dogs that's crasser than I care for, plus related to why I have never had a dog since leaving home and wouldn't even if I weren't allergic to them. Suffice it to say, Lucy is a happy, lovable dog and set an brilliant example on how to be happy.

Only read this if a. you don't dislike dogs and b. you like to laugh.
