Nay (4ukcats) | 528 comments Could someone please merge this empty edition? I've retrieved the valid kindle edition and marked it "public" (It was marked deleted when it was added to the site in 2023 by the Amazon bot bug).

The kindle edition is the only edition that's ever been published. On Amazon, the kindle edition originally had the cover that's on the empty edition (when I marked the kindle edition public, it didn't have a cover), but it's since been changed on Amazon because the author has just changed her pen name, so the Elle Havens cover is the current kindle cover. I hope that makes sense?

David Raz (davidraz) | 12724 comments I understand what you are asking, but wouldn't making the invalid into an ACE serve a better purpose? I understand ACEs for Kindles are still a thing.

Nay (4ukcats) | 528 comments It could, yes, but she doesn't care if the old one is on there or not, and she'll have to contact Support to set the primary edition if the old one stays. If we have to keep it, I'll tell her that, but I was just hoping to get rid of it, since it would be gone anyway if it'd never been created and I was simply changing out the kindle cover. Again, if that makes sense. I'll do whatever you think.

David Raz (davidraz) | 12724 comments I prefer to keep the old cover, especially since the author changed their name. How could our readers find the book otherwise?
