Hello David, thank you for your patience as we work through the thousands of requests here. Unfortunately the author’s site you’ve kindly linked to does not list the ISBN or many of the other details, meaning we would not be able to use it as a source. We would either need a link to the book via another acceptable source (one where we can confirm the book details), or alternatively you can send us scans/photographs from your own physical copy; the cover, and the page containing the publication information (the back cover is also helpful for the description). Someone will then be able to help.

You can upload pictures to Goodreads by adding them to ‘your photos’; by going to your profile, clicking on your profile picture, then clicking ‘add more photos’ on the top right of the page. If you also wouldn’t mind stating the source of the image, that would be wonderful.
