Proving to Goodreads I am myself

Hi! I was recently browsing through the internet and found out my books are rated and commented here on Goodreads. There's also a profile for me. Because of that, I created an account to keep in touch and applied to the Goodreads Author Program but, unfortunately, I received an e-mail telling me was not successful.

Any tips on how I can prove my identity? Thanks in advance :)

Sorry, Librarians don't have any insight into the author program. We are volunteers.

We can only recommend you contact support and ask them what you need to do.
