My edition of this book does not appear to be included in the database

I have an edition of this book from 1969. This does not appear to be included in the database. There are two versions of this book in the database. One version says that the book is part of a trilogy and it has a different front cover to the one that I am reading. The other edition of the book in the database does not have a cover image and the author does not appear to be correctly inputted.
