Author assignment error

My book appears to be listed under another author of the same name. When I click "Is this you" I get an error message: Sorry, you are already in the author program as Debra Jones and only one author profile may be claimed at a time. I cannot access the paperback issue to add the cover art and I wish to remove the e-book version but not if it means losing the reviews. I have just listed my new book "New Age Healer". I have authored only these two books.
