cover image update request plus consolidate book listings

Could the most recent cover image sent to you in our ONIX feed be used for this book? There also seems to be two listings for this book. Could they be consolidated?

The cover is current according to Amazon. If you have a new cover, link to the book page on your publisher site.

I have combined the editions. Please provide links in future so we don't have to search.
