My brain jogged anold memeory and I can't figure it out! This was a children's book (I think it was part of a series) read around the 90's. Possibly 1995- 1996? It was a hardback cover, And it had these very semi-simple drawings of these different types of kids. The book talked about how some people were tall, and some people were short, some wore glasses and some had different colored eyes, that sort of thing. Possibly titled something like "You are special" or "You are Unique." The front had, I think, One kid standing very proudly with two others and wearing a number one medal. The back of the book I think had a fence, and there were a couple of kids climbing on it, and one of them was painting it. I believe the illustrations were in black-and-white.

You're describing one of Joy Berry's books, probably in the Ready-Set-Grow series, but I'm not sure which. They all had that picture on the back, of the fence with one kid painting and a bunch more looking over the top.*edit to add* possibly You're One of a Kind: A Children's Book About Human Uniqueness?
OH YES! That's the one! You're One of a Kind! I still remember how the book felt into my hands! It was a hard back cardboard type, and the very edges will kind of peel away into small layers! Thank you so much!
AH! I had "Surviving Fights With Your Brothers and Sisters!" I remember thinking how muddy those kids clothes were! What a memory! 💕SOLVED!
