Need Help Merging Paperback & Kindle Book Editions

Hello,

For some reason, my kindle edition and my paperback edition of Atonement (The BloodStone Legacy Book 2) are different listings. Most people are leaving reviews on the kindle version, but some are leaving reviews on the paperback version.

For my first book, Damnation, the kindle, paperback and hardcover are all listed together and the reviews all show up under the one title.

Can someone merge the two versions of Atonement together so the reviews are all in one place and there is only one version of the book? They are the same book, same edition, just different formats (kindle versus paperback).

I would like the paperback version (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...) merged into the main listing where all the reviews are (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...). I'm not sure why they show up differently because they are the same version of the book.

I tried following the instructions to merge the books several times, but it isn't working for me. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
