It says "This item does not meet our catalog guidelines and can no longer be rated or reviewed." but I don't understand why? It's an actual novel I just finished.

Support has done this, so it can't be changed by a librarian.

It appears that the kindle edition was given a new number, but the ebook isbn wasn't moved.

Did you read the book as a kindle edition or an ebook?
