Add books to series

I don't know how the first book is the only book in the series (viewing it, it says that Threshold is "#" in the series; not "#1" just "#") when the (site autogenerated) link I followed to the second book correctly listed it as #2 in the series (a friend posted their reading activity).

Anyway, these two need to get added to the series.

There's also apparently a (newer, kindle) publication that is also not series-grouped.

Series can only be created and/or edited by librarians. So if no one posts, we don't know about it.

I've been trying to combine the stray editions, but combine isn't co-operating at the moment. I'll keep trying.
