I am listed on the cover. (CA Suleiman should be listed as editor, per the cover).

The paperback version of this book (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...) has correct credits, including mine, in case you just want to duplicate these for the hardcover. The editions should not be combined, though. They are different formats.
