Combine editions, disambiguate author name

Hi! I have a book coming out that has two separate issues:

1. Three editions of Convenient Wife Conditions are currently listed separately and should be combined:

2. Please list this books under Rebecca Hunter, the romance author with TWO SPACES between my names. You'll see immediately these are romances, and the other Rebecca Hunter is a children's picture book author!
