And while at it, add the romanized name "Kateryna Tokkamak Sukhetska" for the author (the English editions were published under that name)

I can't locate any source of the book being published, with data mentioned in request.
@Beliar, If you have physical copies of the books you want us to add, you can make photos of both cover and colophon pages (where ISBN and/or other bibliographical data is stated), then temporarily upload these via your profile (use Add more photos function when on desktop computer, and make sure your profile is public) and provide us with photo links. We can then add these books. Alternatively, provide us with official links which have all the data mentioned in your request.
