Unless you are a Goodreads-approved author or a Goodreads librarian you cannot do that yourself, but have to submit a request for librarians to add a book/ebook/audiobook in the appropriate folder Adding New Books & Editions.

It is recommended to use a desktop/laptop pc, not the mobile app, that has far less functionality.
