It looks to have been marked invalid as there was already an edition with the ISBN.

We are now getting secondhand books from Amazon, which are creating unnecessary duplicates.
We recommend searching by ISBN (or ASIN for kindles) when you know it.
June 29, 1999 is a picture book written by David Wiesner. Based on my understanding of the catalog guidelines, there is no reason this book wouldn't meet those guidelines.
