A romance I read in the last year or two about step siblings fall in love, the girl is sent away and she finds out she’s pregnant

So the boy and girl meet in school and they like each other. Their parents meet and fall in love and get married and don’t realize their kids are in love with each other. They kids secretly date. The parents find out and the girl is sent away. The boy writes her a letter about why he asked for her to be sent away and his little sister steals the letter so the girl never sees it. She’s sent to Paris (I think) to live with a relative. She finds out she’s pregnant and has a miscarriage. Shes so mad at her family that she stays away from them until her dad ends up in the hospital years later. She comes back and has to confront her step brother and all of their secrets come out.
