The author of the collection of poetry is named Joe Navarro, but it is a completely different Joe Navarro than the one linked. The one linked is a famous author and former FBI agent. The Joe Navarro who authored this collection of poetry is a rather unknown former California teacher and Chicano activist ( more about him can be found here: https://keywiki.org/Joe_Navarro )
