How can a Kindle edition be added?

There's no way to do that to my knowledge.

The other thing you could do would be to ask amazon to import it, as if they add the book it will say kindle.
As Emily said there isn't a way for us, as librarians, to add a book as kindle or audible audio, now.

The staff announcement specifically mentioned:
As part of this change, Librarians cannot:
1. Add a Kindle Edition (or Audible Audio edition) from 'book/new', or set those formats on 'book/edit'
2. Set the free text field for format to 'Kindle Edition'
[...]

The problem is, when I actually try to do that, the detail edit page says this:
1 error prohibited this book from being saved:
Format cannot be set as Kindle Edition
Am I using the correct form field? I choose "Other" in the "format" field, which lets me enter free text like "Kindle Edition." But then I get the error above and cannot save my edit.
I wonder how to proceed. Who should I report this issue?

I repeat:
Librarians cannot:
[...]'
2. Set the free text field for format to 'Kindle Edition'
You'll have to choose 'ebook' as format.
I have multiple Amazon accounts due to my need for multi-language environment. As far as I know, I can only link one of my Amazon accounts at a time to Goodread. That means I can only create Kindle edition entries through using that linked account. However, I'd like to add my Kindle books from my unlinked accounts as well.
Is there any way to manually trigger the addition of Kindle book in this situation?
