The subject of the book seems related to your area; are you sure they aren't using a translated publication of yours or something? The name is mentioned here as well: https://www.neufeld-verlag.de/shop/vi...
A brief google does not show another person with the same name writing about the same subject. Goodreads policy would not allow Librarians to move a book off of an author's profile if it is in fact their work.
