Author with samer name claiming my books

There is an author also named Caleb Jones that is now the listed author on three different writing credits that belong to me. Hospital of Haunts, an anthology I contributed to, and two novels, Red Hill Paradise, and The Eliza Test. Can I have assistance removing this incorrect author and adding these three titles to my Author Dashboard?
