Book record doesn't meet catalog guidelines

I was trying to rate and review a Sherlock Holmes volume 4 book (ISBN 1631062409) in the mobile app but I got an error, so I tried in the web site and found a sign saying "This item does not meet our catalog guidelines and can no longer be rated or reviewed". But I don't understand what's the issue, since it doesn't seem to violate any condition. Is it because it's a compilation of stories? Is there a way to restore it?

Hi Virginia.

changed back to public. This was done by one of the out-of-control bots. I was wondering if the promotional nature of the description triggered the bots, so I have abridged it.

It will possibly take at least 20 minutes for the changes to display.
