Merging English edition into main edition's page

The following book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... is the English Kindle Edition of the book https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... originally published in Russian. I can see that the English version is marked as "invalid", but I also cannot create a new edition of the Russian book because the ASIN is already taken by the English book. Would there be a way to re-classify the English book as an edition of the Russian one?
