Edit author name please

Hi there,

I've changed my author name to Elise Helliwell, instead of E.C. Helliwell. Could a librarian please change this. Also I'd like to update the information in the bio section, but when I try to edit it states only a librarian can do this. Also when I click on the book uploaded by my publisher, I can't claim the author name because: "you are already in the author program as E.C. Helliwell and only one author profile may be claimed at a time.". (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...)

Can someone please help me rectify this?

Librarians cannot do anything with claimed profiles. If you are having trouble editing your profile, you'll need to contact support.

I have consolidated your book editions.
