BeccaBibz | 1 comments OK so to start, this had to be around at least a little more than five years ago. I can’t remember the exact year due to the fact that I had a lot of things going on around that time period. But I was a bit younger then so I still don’t know if I imagined this book. It was a children’s book, I know that for sure because my great grandmother brought it into the room for me and my younger cousins to read, and they are younger than me so I specifically remember me reading them the book aloud. It was a kids book, but I remember being so horrifying. It wasn’t gory in anyway I don’t remember but the creature that the book was about used to scare me to death. It was this short(?) very hairy, and I mean very hairy monster type thing. The only reason I remember being hairy is because I’m pretty sure in the book they kept pointing it out that the creature had a lot of hair. It’s literally the only feature I can remember, I can’t even remember if the creature had a face, I saw some people on Reddit trying to answer someone else’s question about what I think is this book as well, and they thought that the OP was talking about the “Gruffalo” or “where the wild things are”, and the OP stated that this book was far more ominous and that’s what made me think we were talking about the same book, because this book despite being a kid’s book just never sat right with me and I still think about it to this day and I just saw YouTube video that was titled “ What did these books really mean?” or something of that nature and it had a lot of traumatizing kids books on the thumbnail, well traumatizing to me at least lol. But I really wanna find this book because I constantly think about it and it drives me crazy feeling like I just made this up in my head in the book actually doesn’t exist. Please help.
