Books under wrong author name, name is identical

It's showing up under another Karen Allen author name so I have not been able to claim my author page as of yet. All my books are showing up under the wrong author name. You can go to my Amazon author page to verify these are my books and there's 15 books in total.

Please let me know if I need to make a request for every single book or if this will suffice for all the books? Thank you for your assistance.
