My books are listed under different versions of my name

I recently claimed my author account here and realized my books have been associated with different versions of my name. Some are correct: "Chad W. Knox", while others are incorrect "Chad W Knox" and "Chad Knox". This spreads my series through different author pages. Is there any way to bring all my books (and their various editions: Kindle/Paperback/Hardback) all under my correct author name?
