There is no reason why it should be doing that. You'll need to contact support.

Do you have a direct link to the book page the reader is trying to post a review for?
A reviewer contacted us to inform they are unable to post a review. It gives and error. I do have a screenshot, but here is the error it gives:
This is not a valid book and cannot be rated or reviewed.
What could be the issue?
