powerless v red queen: is there any difference??

look- i read red queen, but i hear from like over half of my friends that powerless is just a really bad ripoff of the same plot- BUT i already bought the hardcover tho, so i wanna see the differences (if there is any) and I'm debating whether i should read it or not.

well as they share some similarities their plots are different maybe they got mixed up with another book??

but there is some similarities but the plots are somewhat different

there are similaritys but powerless is 10x better and the plot is crazier it is not a bad ripoff :(

I read both books and i enjoyed powerless more and i admit there are a lof of similaritys but doesn‘t change the fact that both books are good

Same. I read both and enjoyed Powerless more. There genuinely weren't many/any similarities. I don't know why so many people are hating on the book/author.
