ill give a simple explanation:

basically ok so its monopoly but w books. there r 4 teams and you'll be assigned to one.. each team starts w $1500 and u use money and books(by reading) to buy a property

when u land on a property and u want to buy a property, we have prompts for each property (3 prompts for each) lets say u land on a property the prompts r
1. read a book w a red cover
2. read a book of the genre thrillers
3. read a book that has the word "the" in the title like eg. the coworker or the fear

ur team will choose one of these prompts and read a book suited to it or if u cant read a book u can pay a small amount of money is deducted from the $1500/balance of the team

same thing for when u land on an owned property or some other's team's property except u pay rent (the amount is on the sheets board) which is on google sheets , which the captains wld take care of that

and last thing is when you read its $0.10 per page so basically when u read, u earn ur team money
