I had initially added the quote, but was unable to attribute it to the correct book, and then was able to repost and attribute it to the book, so now there are two.

As a small addition (though is this not directly related to quotes, but pertains to authorship), Palladius Bishop of Helenepolis, to my knowledge, is the same as Palladius of Galatia, as well as Palladius Bishop of Aspunaca 430; these are all simply titles he's known by so I believe they ought to be merged?
