[DONE] Page number correction

I own a hardcover for which the page count is incorrect on Goodreads.

The current Goodreads page count of 224 pages includes 12 pages of e.g. title page, dedication page, table of contents, etc. before the page numbering begins and 4 empty pages after the end of the Index.

The page count should actually be 208 pages.
