When President Nelson died and Nick assumed the role, all of Nelson’s staff’s jobs were now at risk. Overnight they could be unemployed. Was that something you were aware of before this story?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments Of course, Nick has the right to choose his own staff. He has people he trusts and due to the sensitive information that staff is privy to, he needs to be able to trust those around him.

Have been in a government relations position I was aware of what happens when a change in political leadership happens. But, it slipped my mind until it was mentioned. It’s a daunting moment.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments Nelson's death changed a lot of lives. I've been part of a clean sweep in the corporate world, it isn't fun to suddenly find yourself unemployed.
