Request to remove alternate book cover

Hi, apologies if this is a duplicate, the system errored out when I pressed post. I'd like to remove the placeholder cover that is one of the editions. That was just a messy placeholder and the book was never published with that cover (apologies for doing that, I won't make that mistake again).

Your site only links to Amazon for purchase, where is the ebook available?

If the ebook has never existed you can ask superlibrarians to merge/delete, librarians cannot do this as it has too many ratings.
