Hi! Could you check which edition is the one on the entry from the goodreads? Can it be that they are ACEs?

Alternate cover edition. And the question was if it is possible that the one you want and the one on goodreads are editions with the same ISBN, issued in different years, with different covers.
Thank you for your reply, it doesn't seem so. The publication date is the same, and the format is different (it is a paperback but shows as pocket on Goodreads).
Ok, it is difficult to discover the correct differences between the 2, since the publisher has only this one in the database. It has the same ISBN, and since there is no way of removing it from the first book, that seems really to have the same ISBN, I can add yours only as an ACE. Yours seems to be newer, so it will take precedence, and it will appear as the front book in the ACE group. While the details for your edition are clear, the ones for the previous entry are not. I have found a book seller that shows it (with an a bit older publishing date), but they are not trustworthy sources for us. The date on the current entry is exactly the same as yours. If you can, we would appreciate your help in finding a reliable source (public library is good enough for example) to set the correct missing details for the first one. I will wait a bit, but if you do no manage to find anything please write a comment and I will risk then adding it as the newer edition.
Hi, the public library doesn't seem to have either edition. I found it here https://www.babelio.com/livres/Trotsk... with the old cover but Babelio, although similar to Goodreads, allows users to add themselves the books they can't find, so I can't say it's entirely reliable.

It's Histoire de la révolution russe - Tome 1, Léon Trotsky, translated to French by Maurice Parijanine, published as a paperback by Points Essais on 24/10/1995, 528 pages. Blurb :
Thanks :)
