What is the source of image?

Because the image comes directly from the author's website, I have added it to the listing.

Michelle, the Goodreads listing is for Kindle edition so it is likely that the only source with confirmation of edition details would be the Amazon listing.

Martin, The GR listing is an "unknown binding" not Kindle, and seems only available for purchase via the author's website, so the author website seems the correct choice.

While it has an ASIN #, it's not on Amazon so there's no listing that I could find. (That's usually my first choice though.) :-)

Some types of updating are newer to me than others I've done for years, so please let me know if I've overlooked something. Thanks!

We still require a source, not just link to image, as publisher and date need to be confirmed to ensure it is the correct edition
