What's best place for suggestions for technical changes?

I've found a CLOSED thread asking for likes, dislikes and suggestions for improving GR pages for Librarians, but I don't see an OPEN thread for suggestions, reporting glitches, etc.

Can someone share an open thread for that?
Or is this best done via the contact us link?
